Details of the spaces available:

  • STAND

The compartment in the stand includes either:

Option A: 4 rails

Option B: 4 shelves​

 

Each stand will include lights, one chair, one garbage can, one power outlet, and branded signage.
Shared mirrors, steamers, and fitting rooms will be available. Please keep in mind that two brands may share a booth.

OPTION A: Full Kiosk at AED 17,000 + 5% VAT

OPTION B: Half Kiosk at AED 10,000 + 5% VAT

  • TABLE

Only For home/accessories vendors

One table size 110 cm x 67 cm

Plus a collection of small vintage tables. All this are will have lights, and each vendor will have one chair

OPTION C: Table at AED 7,000 + 5% VAT

  • Food and Beverage Truck

Maximum 7 meters - truck length

OPTION D: F&B Truck (up to 7m) at AED 31,500 + 5% VAT

Above 7 meters in length 

OPTION E: F&B Truck (up to 10m) at AED 40,000 + 5% VAT

  • Food and Beverage Kiosk

Maximum 2 meters area
OPTION F: F&B Kiosk at AED 15,750 + 5%VAT

Payment Terms

Cheques should be made out to "M2L Concepts LLC" in the currency of Dirhams.
 

  • Direct Cash Payment

Cash payments in the currency of Dirhams should be paid directly at the address shown below.

Important Notes:
50% payment is required upon confirmation of the booking.

Final payment deadline for all vendors is 20 February 2024
Please keep in mind that outlets will be confirmed
, and spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
 

All prices above include 5% VAT.
 

The Booking Form alone, without payment, does NOT constitute as a vendor booking.
Once payment has been received, please transmit a proof of payment in order for us to confirm your booking; we will be unable to confirm your appointment without proof of payment. Once payment has been made there will be no refunds provided to the applicant in the case of unforeseen weather-related circumstances or any other reason outside of M2L Management control.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

EVENT SPACE
No smoking except in designated areas. The use of candles, naked flames, coals, coffee machines, and heat emanating devices is
strictly forbidden, unless previous approval from the Event Producer.


BOOTH SPACE
M2L will allocate to the Participant an undressed booth space consisting the description shared in the booking form. M2L reserves the
right to determine the visual elements of that space and extra furnishings deemed inappropriate or unsuitable.

 

ASSIGNMENT
Participants must not assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of the booth space in the event to a third party without M2 L's prior
written consent.


EVENT HOURS
Access to the site will be allowed within hours in coordination with the site management team. All booths must be open for the f ull
duration of the event.


DELIVERY, SETUP AND REMOVAL
Participants are responsible for the prompt delivery, setup, and removal of all event items. In the event that a participant fails to occupy
their allocated booth space by the event opening time , M2L may cause the booth to be occupied in the manner it deems appropriate for the interests of the event and without releasing the participant from any liability under the agreement.

STAFF
At least one remember of staff must man the booth at any given time that the booth is open.


AMENITY
The participant must ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of their allocated booths. Participants must not display any items in any area
that will obstruct or affect neighboring participants.


OPERATIONAL OPENING TIMES
It is mandatory for a vendor to be open on time at Winterfest. The hours of operation are not indicative and we have to ensure t hat the
look of the festival is seamless. Vendors may NOT close their booths before 10PM weekdays and 12AM weekends. Failure to comply
may result in disqualification from the event.


WITHDRAWAL
If a participant withdraws within 30 days of the event, the participant forfeits the entire participation fee. If a participant withdraws from the event, M2L will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the withdrawal.
